Virtua Fighter 5 - El Blaze Playthrough (XBOX 360)

26:05
Game: Virtua Fighter 5 System: XBOX 360 Difficulty: Normal Me (GSTAR321) doing a live commentary and playthrough of Virtua Fighter 5. I play as El Blaze. Virtua Fighter 5 is one of the most gorgeous looking fighting games I have ever played. The character models, the stages, everything just looks superb. It also contains some of the best stage BGM I've ever heard. It can be somewhat frustrating to learn initially. But if you stick with it, you will find a deep, technical and very enjoyable 'aesthetically-appealing' fighter! Enjoy!

Arcade Longplay [326] Virtua Fighter 2

15:53
http://www.longplays.org Played by: Deskawa This is the sequel to Virtua Fighter, launched for the arcades in 1994, a year after the first one. It's a big improvement in most areas, with incredible graphics, better music and improved controls. It's probably the most popular VF game internationally, even if gameplay wise the series wasn't too good (throws and reversals don't work too well, hit detection isn't the best in the world, pounces make too much damage, CPU is either a cheater or Nostradamus...) until Virtua Fighter 3 IMO. Anyway, it's one of the most important arcade games ever and it's amazing to see how well the graphics have aged. This is a normal walkthrough with Wolf.

Virtua Fighter 2 - Shun Di Playthrough (Arcade)

31:34
Game: Virtua Fighter 2 Version: 2.0 System: Arcade Me (GSTAR321) doing a live commentary and playthrough of Virtua Fighter 2. I play as Shun Di. Undoubtedly, this is one of the most classic arcade fighting games of all time! This was the game I played the MOST back in the day in arcades. For it's time (and still even today), it had amazing graphics, fluid animations, great sound & funky 90's music! However despite all the positives, this is unequivocally one of the hardest fighting games ever made. The AI is unrelenting! Enjoy!

Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown Running on PS4 Pro in Yakuza 6 (1080p/60 FPS)

19:19
Full Article: Recorded with Elgato Game Capture HD60. Yes, I suck very badly at fighting games, and this is the first time I play Virtua Fighter if you exclude one match when I was a kid at the arcade. This video has been posted to show the game, not my (really poor) ability with it.

Virtua Fighter 5 : Final Showdown - Goh Playthrough (PS3)

31:10
Game: Virtua Fighter 5 : Final Showdown System: PS3 Difficulty: Normal Me (GSTAR321) doing a live commentary and playthrough of Virtua Fighter 5 : Final Showdown for the PS3. I play as Goh Hinogami. So what's different between Virtua Fighter 5 and Virtua Fighter 5 : Final Showdown? Well this one has new stages, new music, new character costumes and animations, and two extra characters (the returning Sumo 'Taka-Arashi' from Virtua Fighter 3, and the all new character 'Jean Kujo'). Also, Dural can be unlocked and played here! Once again, this is another gorgeous looking Virtua Fighter game. It can be a bit challenging to learn, but stick with it and you will find it very rewarding! Here's hoping for Virtua Fighter 6! Enjoy! Gameplay starts at 7:57

Virtua Fighter Game Review (Sega 32X)

03:30
Support the reviews, become a patron: https://www.patreon.com/stanburdman?ty=h A good 3d arcade fighter with some kinks to work out in the physics. It's nice to see the humble origins of an influential game franchise, especially when it's not just fascinating from a historical perspective, but is actually fun to play. Virtua Moon Fighter shows off what the 32X can do just as much as Virtua Racing Deluxe did. I am starting to see a pattern here, all the good 32X games have Virtua in the title. I think I will name my firstborn Virtua Burdman, it will most definitely guarantee success in life. For the longest time, I used to call this franchise "Virtual Fighter." I mean really, what is a "Virtua Fighter?" Developed by Sega AM2 (AM1) Published by Sega 1995 Other Games in the Series: Virtua Fighter 2, Virtua Fighter 2,1, Virtua Fighter Portrait Series, Virtua Fighter Animation, Virtua Fighter Kids (The Muppet Babies of Virtua Fighter), Fighters Megamix, Virtua Fighter 3, Virtua Fighter 3, VF: 3 Team Battle Arcade, Virtua Fighter 4 (first one I ever played), VF: 4 Evolution, Virtua Fighter 10th Anniversary, VF4: Final Tuned, Virtua Quest (Beat' Em Up/RPG spin-off, seriously), Virtua Fighter 5, VF: 4 Final Showdown. Why listen to me over bigger fighting organizations like IGN, Gamespot, Gamespy, Destructoid or Gametrailers? Well, I don't just review games from the eyes of a technical, professional Guile. I also review games from the perspective of an actual Frank Dux.

Why Virtua Fighter is Deeper than Tekken

17:50
In a previous video, Segalacious made a claim about Virtua Fighter in comparison to Tekken that many fighting game fans found hard to swallow. Can he back up his words or was it all just empty rhetoric? Join Segalacious as he explores the nature of depth in fighting games in order show that Virtua Fighter is deeper than Tekken, and by extension more important. Virtua Fighter 2 playthrough (SEGA Saturn)

14:46
Playthrough with Jacky. This game, as most players know, has extremely brutal A.I. which get really difficult to beat very quickly. However, there is a trick with Jacky that lets you breeze through the game pretty easily. Thanks to TerryxMasters for this: https://www.youtube.com/user/TerryxMasters The trick is to try and knock down your opponent with Jacky's beat knuckle (P+K) and once you've done this, back off. As the opponent gets up, they'll run towards you, and as they get close you need to use Jacky's knee snap (Forward, Back+P+K) throw. If timed right, Jacky will throw the opponent every time. At which point you need to back off again and then keep using the knee snap. For the first few opponents you can get away with fighting normally but once you get later into the game, this trick is the only way you can win. The Saturn port of VF2 was a much better conversion than the previous game. Whilst the rings have this horrible floating effect, the frame rate runs just as smoothly as the arcade version and the character models look great. Due to me mashing the R button before the fight with Jeffry, I got Sarah's VF1 theme to play. Whoops.

Classic Game Room - VIRTUA FIGHTER 5 for PS3 review

13:18
Virtua Fighter 5 review. http://www.ClassicGameRoom.com Classic Game Room reviews Virtua Fighter 5 for the Playstation 3 video game console. This arcade style fighting game has punches, kicks and complex combinations just like most other 3D style fighting games like Soul Caliber and DOA2 (Dead or Alive series). In fact this has a lot in common with most fighting games like Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat and Kung Fu. Sega made this game, and Sega always does a great job with goofy music and characters. VF5 is a fun game on the PS3 that will keep you busy for hours. Fight against numerous opponents who use different martial arts and kickboxing fighting styles, like the Ultimate Fighting Championship or Pro Wrestling... sort of. They have cage matches and hulking steroid driven-mad kind of bad guys, and chicks who flip and spin and kick just like in the movies. Some movie nods might be Enter the 36th Chamber of Shaolin, Kickboxing, Bloodsport, Shoulin Dolemite, Hard to Kill and Supercop (just to name a few) Be sure to watch the original Classic Game Room episodes. Classic Game Room was the original classic video game review show on the Internet in 1999-2000, now on DVD. The HD series is reviewing PS3, Genesis, NES, Atari and Xbox 360. Xbox Live Arcade XBLA.

Virtua Fighter playthrough (SEGA Saturn)

11:34
Playthrough with Kage. Watch as I use the same boring combo over and over again just because it works against the cheap as hell CPU! Virtua Fighter was a launch title for the SEGA Saturn, and, like most of the other Saturn launch games, was rushed to meet the console's release date, which had been moved forward. The graphics in the Saturn port are inferior to the arcade version's, and there are a lot of clipping issues.

Virtua Fighter 4 is exclusive to the PS2 (in terms of home consoles), and is a very enjoyable fighting game. It has great graphics, great characters & GREAT music. This was a game I played quite alot back in the 'PS2-era' days. It holds alot of appeal. Akira Yuki: Virtua Fighter Lore

Joes Classic Video Games is owned and operated by Joe Lyons, our arcade division is known as Lyons Arcade, and our website is at LyonsArcade.com ... stop by to see it sometime! Our showroom and video game store is located at 139 Caldwell St, in beautiful Downtown Rock Hill, SC 29730. We have a huge 100 year old building full of arcade games for sale, classic games, pinball machines, and all kinds of coin operated and home video game accessories for your mancave or game room. We get items from the old penny arcade days all the way through the vintage arcade machines of the 70's, the best arcade games from the 90's, and on up to the modern day classics from the 90's ! Typically the best arcade games sell quickly, so although some of the videos you see here on our website may be of top titles they may have sold almost immediately after the video was finished. We get these old gmaes in typically in pretty rough shape, repair them, then film a video after we're done and upload it here fo rour friends on Youtube. People often wonder if we get free arcade games, not usually, we pay a decent prive even for ones that are broken or need repair. Typically we get 1 or 2 pinball machines in a month, and many more arcade games each month. If you enjoy videos like this, PLEASE subscribe to us above by clicking the button! It will notify you every time we put up a new video, which is usually once or twice a week. You can also stop by our website at www.LyonsArcade.com to see what we have in currently. Classic Game Room - VIRTUA FIGHTER for Sega 32X review

05:38
Classic Game Room HD reviews VIRTUA FIGHTER 32X for the Sega Genesis 32X add-on! Doesn't everyone make fun of the 32X? Maybe, but the thing really boosted the Sega Genesis power by a factor of 10. The Sega arcade Yu Suzuki masterpiece, Virtua Figter, plays fast and smooth on the 32X. Early polygon graphics may not make the game a visual treat but gameplay is rock solid and as true to fighting as a video game with polygon created characters can be. Tap a direction, press a button or combination of buttons and pull of a wide variety of "realistic" moves... Realistic compared to shooting fireballs and tentatcles that is. This CGR review of Sega's Virtua Fighter on 32X has gameplay from Virtua Fighter on Sega 32X showing video game play in action being reviewed.

Virtua Fighter Animation (GG) Playthrough - NintendoComplete

21:33
A complete playthrough of Sega's 1996 Sega Game Gear versus fighter "adaptation", Virtua Fighter Animation. Also released for the Master System in Brazil. It looks rough only because it was so ambitious, I think. It has a lot of impressive effects going on, especially given the limitations of the platform. The story is utterly insipid but oddly endearing, and enough of the original moves survived to make this almost kind of resemble something related to Virtua Fighter. For a legitimate port, this would be absolutely foul. However, the 8-bit Game Gear rendition makes concessions for the platform while adding a wholly unique experience for a versus fighter. It's a pretty fair trade-off, taken in context.. ______ No cheats were used during the recording of this video. Playstation 2 21:27 ( Virtua Fighter 10th anniversary edition ) Description Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virtua_Fighter_%28video_game%29 Virtua Fighter (Japanese: バーチャファイター Hepburn: Bācha Faitā?) is a 1993 fighting game created for the Sega Model 1 arcade platform by AM2, a development group within Sega, headed by Yu Suzuki. It is the first game in the Virtua Fighter series, and the first arcade fighting game to feature fully 3D polygon graphics. It has been ported to several platforms, including the Sega Saturn, Sega 32X and Microsoft Windows. Gameplay: The Virtua label indicates that the onscreen action takes place in 3D. The images were created using wireframe and flat-shaded quads. Beyond 3D, it retained the staple of multiple characters, each with their own distinctive moves. The player faces all eight characters (including a duplicate of the chosen character) in a pre-determined order, followed by a fight with the game's boss, Dural. Each fight is a best-of-three match, and the player has three ways to win: knocking out the opponent, forcing him/her out of the ring, or having more health left when time runs out. Unlike other fighting games of the early 1990s (such as Street Fighter II or Mortal Kombat), the game relies on a control stick and only three buttons, Punch, Kick, and Guard (block) although different situations and button combinations led to a vast variety of moves for each character. The game is highly regarded for its in-depth fighting engine and real world fighting techniques, and was considered revolutionary upon release.

In this video I take a look at the original Virtua Fighter released in 1993 on the Sega Model 1 Arcade Hardware. Enjoy. Fun facts: Only the Arcade and 32x versions have the sound effects during the intro, the other versions only have music. Only the Arcade version features what I call "the money shot", the shot of Akira Yuki grasping with both hands showing his fully animated 10 fingers.

[TAS] Virtua Fighter (32X) Akira Yuki [SQUEEZE]

By: BrunoRaji https://twitter.com/BrunoRaji Enjoy the video? Remember to like, comment and subscribe! Virtua Fighter is a series of fighting games created by Sega studio AM2 and designers Yu Suzuki and Seiichi Ishii in 1993, and receiving four main sequels and numerous re-edtionas and spin-offs since. The highly influential first Virtua Fighter game is widely recognized as the first 3D fighting game ever released. Similar to most other fighting games, the default gameplay system of the Virtua Fighter series involves two combatants needing to win two of three rounds, with each round being 30 seconds long or more. If a character is knocked out (or falls out) of the ring, the opponent wins the round. A fourth round is necessary if a double knockout (both players knocking each other out at the same time) occurred in a previous round and the match is tied one round each. In this fourth round, players fight on a small stage wherein one hit equals victory. The basic control scheme is simple, using only a control stick and three buttons (Punch, Kick, Guard). Through various timings, positions, and button combinations, players input normal and special moves for each character. Traditionally, in the single-player mode, the player runs a gauntlet of characters in the game (which may include one's doppelgänger) all the way to the final boss.

Unlike PUBG, youre in a position to carry over two guns. Pressing Y cycles through your three guns, so if you would like to change from your secondary gun to your primary, you want to switch twice as a way to cycle via your pistol. In addition, all weapons are removed from the starting locations.
